Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy across Email, SMS, Paid Social, site content, digital, print, packaging, wholesale, and other customer-facing channels. Create copy for CRM initiatives, including promotional campaigns, triggered and lifecycle communications, customer journeys, and retention-focused messaging. Bring seasonal marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives to life through engaging, customer-focused messaging. Develop and optimize copy through testing, personalization, and performance insights. Adapt messaging across audiences, channels, customer segments, and global markets while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Maintain Kate Spade New York's distinctive editorial voice while supporting broader brand storytelling initiatives as needed. Translate emerging fashion, social, creator, and cultural trends into relevant, brand-right messaging for evolving customer audiences. Partner closely with Editorial, CRM, Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Project Management teams to deliver and execute customer communications. Participate in copy reviews, editorial QA, and content development processes to help maintain consistency across channels and campaigns.
