Employees earn 80 hours of vacation annually and can accrue up to 56 hours of sick time each year.We are currently seeking the following position:*** CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD ***JOB TITLE:PROGRAM MANAGERJOB PURPOSE:Perform all management and administrative functions for maintaining the special/general purpose vehicle fleet, weapon systems fleet, organizational equipment, shop equipment, and vehicle maintenance buildings. Provide services dedicated to providing a safe and serviceable vehicle fleet that is critical to the success of the Silver Flag Exercise training site. Be fully trained, professional, and customer-service oriented. Ensure quality work performance in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to vehicle operation and maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency. This includes scheduling regular maintenance, organizing repairs, and conducting fleet evaluations to meet regulatory standards. Shall be responsible for operational budgets and for tracking expenditures on fuel, repairs, and vehicle replacements. They implement cost-saving strategies, optimize fleet utilization, and may leverage technology like telematics and predictive maintenance systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Ensuring that all vehicles and drivers comply with legal and regulatory requirements is a critical duty. Fleet managers maintain records of inspections, certifications, and safety audits, and enforce company policies to minimize risk. Using GPS tracking, fleet management software, and telematics to monitor vehicle performance, optimize routes, and generate reports for upper management Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.Contribute to long-term planning, including fleet expansion, adoption of new technologies, and integration of electric or alternative fuel vehiclesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Have three years of experience as a Program Manager in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management  Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC)Must have a valid Driver's LicenseEDUCATION: Minimum of a high school diplomaEXPERIENCE: Have three years of experience as a Program Managerment in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle ManagementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Upper Level education or certificates in Fleet Management/Program ManagementUS Air Force Experience in Vehicle Fleet Management at USAF Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) or Redhorse Training Location Leo Tech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and Drug-Free Employer.
