Head of Sales Strategy

Leading the Sales Strategy and Revenue Analytics pillars, the full-time Head of Sales Strategy will establish the GTM operating model, manage revenue forecasting, and drive sales processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the GTM operating model, including territory design and quota-setting, ensuring alignment with business targets Build and manage the forecasting process for bookings and renewals, delivering reliable forecasts and variance explanations Run QBR and WBR forums to maintain alignment and accountability within the GTM organization, providing strategic insights to leadership Required qualifications 10+ years in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at B2B companies Experience owning an end-to-end forecasting process Proven ability to design territory and quota models at scale Experience in building and leading teams with direct reports across strategy or analytics functions Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models from scratch
