Responsibilities Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest Being a menu genius and helping customers navigate all customizable combinations Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied Maintaining safety and sanitation standards Skating Carhop Role Unique to certain restaurants, adding a surprise and delight element to the guest experience Must complete the Sonic Skating Training Program Perform the above duties while roller skating after successful completion of the program Requirements Contagiously positive attitude – a Sonic Brand Ambassador Ability to remain calm, especially in tough situations Resilient spirit – recover from mistakes and setbacks Eagerness to learn and grow Team mentality and willingness to help where needed Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts Qualifications Friendly and smiling face that enjoys providing courteous service to guests Willingness to cross‑train on all stations – keeping the role dynamic Team player with a keen focus on cleanliness and safety Sonic and its independent franchise owners are Equal Opportunity Employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
