Company Driver | Refrigerated Location: Mount Pleasant, MI Company: Schneider Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position New pay increase - Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver Average pay: $1,000-$1,100 weekly Home time: Every other week Experience: All CDL holders Overview Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.04 per mile based on weekly miles. Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. Weekly performance pay. $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training). HazMat endorsement preferred.
