Appointment Scheduler/ Service BDC

Customer service & appointment scheduler. The duties include but are not limited to contacting customers who have had declined services and are due service on their vehicles. Inbound calls to schedule services. This position requires general automotive knowledge and computer experience. It is a full‑time position and requires working weekends. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus commission based on appointment shown rate. Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of all dealership records Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner while scheduling service appointments.
