Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with ADL training, toileting programs, and adaptive equipment assessment preferred.
Documentation proficiency and experience with electronic medical records required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced SNF environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Hours: AM 8.
Weekly Schedule: 5x8.
Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
