Position Summary As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) on our night shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. This PRN/on-call position offers flexibility while supporting overnight care needs, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring resident well‑being. Key Responsibilities Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs throughout the night Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff Assist with repositioning and transfers to ensure resident comfort and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents Accurately document care provided in accordance with policies and procedures Support a calm, respectful, and restful overnight environment Qualifications Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska Previous long‑term care experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused mindset Why Join Us Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more!
