Essington Family Dental Care is Hiring a Dental Hygienist in Joliet, IL!
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.
About This Office
Essington Family Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fun and friendly team!
Schedule:
- Tuesday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Wednesday 7:30am-7:00pm
- Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm
- Friday 6:30am-2:00pm
- 1 Saturday per Month: 8:30am-1:00pm (averages 6-8 Saturdays per year)
Consistent Patient Schedule:
- Average approx. 7-8 patients a day
- 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!
- SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need!

Qualifications:
- Active Dental Hygienist license in Illinois
- New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome!
- Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification
- Diode Laser certification preferred but we can provide as needed
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Patient care experience and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Experience with Dentrix Imaging is preferred but not required
