Team Lead

Job Description:Salary: $56,000/yearScope of Position: The Team Lead will oversee the data entry and documentation of Case Manager caseloads. Attend all triage and hearing appointments with Department of Health and Human Services partners. Assist with the day-to-day questions and guidance related to policy and procedures.Essential Functions:Help to ensure that positive outcomes and program goals are met as required by contractSupervise activities and conduct performance evaluations for case management staffModel appropriate coaching and case management strategiesPerform case reviews to ensure that required documentation is maintained, staff are adhering to program policies, and participants are complying with their participation requirementsReview and approve participant requests for supportive servicesAssist with participant case management tasks as neededDocument all participant contacts in case notesAct as liaison and maintain collaborative relationships with local Dept. of Health and Human Services (DHHS) partnersReview Work Participation Rate (WPR) and other performance reports weekly and work with staff to address performance issuesMaintain a thorough knowledge of PATH policies and proceduresCoordinate participant transfers and other case changes with DHHS and other partnersOther opportunities as availableEducation and Experience Requirements:Experience working with FIP recipients/PATH participants and/or other workforce programsExcellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain flexibility as needs of contract requireCustomer service experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsBachelor’s degree in business, education, human services, or related area is preferredEDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
