Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Burlington, Vermont. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within a surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Vermont
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, from June 29, 2026
• Required Qualifications:
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital unit
  • Large trauma level 1 experience
  • EPIC (Electronic Medical Records) experience from within the past 2 years nonnegotiable
  • Ability to circulate and scrub during procedures please ensure both skills checklists are included in application packet
  • Strong experience in general operating room procedures
  • Skills in orthopedics, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, cardiovascular, trauma
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  • Assignment duration: 13-16 weeks
  • Travel rate: $112, radius rate: $107, local rate: $102
  • Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years Day) and work 2 out of 4 holidays
  • No block schedules for any reason
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
  • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
  • Complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) required for submission
  • Reliable transportation recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area
