Job Title: Customer Service Associate Job Type: Full-time Location: Onsite – Frederick, MD Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will play a key role in supporting our Homebuilding team through the Material Add-Order Call Center. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate material deliveries to our field teams.

This is a fully onsite position, based in our Frederick, MD office, five days per week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming emails and calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages

• Research material requests, enter shortage details, and apply appropriate reason codes to Add-Order Forms

• Coordinate with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding teams to facilitate material deliveries

• Recommend and implement best practices to improve call center operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High energy with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

• Customer service experience

• Knowledge of residential homebuilding

This position pays $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
