When priorities shift during the day, the team needs someone who can make the new plan clear and help people carry it out. As an Assistant Operations Manager in Phoenix, you will support the operations manager with daily decisions, team communication, and follow-through.
Your responsibilities
- Review workloads and help set priorities for the day.
- Check progress and resolve routine issues with colleagues.
- Make sure schedule changes and instructions reach the people affected.
- Keep operational records and process updates accurate.
- Flag delays or repeated problems that need a manager’s decision.
- Help colleagues learn and follow everyday procedures.
You should have experience taking responsibility for work that involves other people, whether as a shift lead, supervisor, team coordinator, or experienced operations team member. We value calm judgment, clear communication, and the ability to address an issue without losing track of other commitments.
