Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment with a leading healthcare organization in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting while working independently across the community. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the assigned coverage area. Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation. Accurately document patient visits using Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Qualifications Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Previous Home Health Field RN experience required. Experience completing OASIS assessments required. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
