Key Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or eligibility in Oregon Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Dedication to helping students achieve their individualized goals Comfortable providing onsite services; teletherapy not currently an option Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students based on IEPs Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans Consult with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student-centered planning Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate communication development This contract position consists of a full-time workweek (40 hours) on a welcoming elementary campus.
