Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter in West Boylston, Massachusetts. Previous experience is not required and recent grads are encouraged to apply. He or she needs to be a "go getter" and not be afraid to hit the phones. We are a high‑volume staffing agency placing manufacturing and warehouse jobs. Base salary plus unlimited commission structure! ABOUT THE ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a full‑time, onsite Recruiter role. If you like talking to people, building relationships and making money, then this job’s for you! We’ll teach someone with the desire to learn. Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within manufacturing and warehouse fields. Responsible for recruiting, including candidate discovery, screening & assessment. Responsible for coordinating the interview process with candidates & negotiating final offers. Responsible for finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens & background checks, performing reference checks, etc.). Identify candidates from proprietary internal system, referrals & internet sourcing (LinkedIn, Google, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.).
