As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Hartwell, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location where you will help manage access control, greet visitors, monitor entry activity, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. In this role, you will remain visible, help to deter incidents, and deliver strong customer service while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and visitor management activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, production spaces, and/or parking and shipping areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.
• Document daily activities, access events, and unusual incidents in required logs and reports, including visitor, contractor, and/or delivery information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for security-related concerns, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
