Manager, Financial Reporting

Overview We are looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee external financial reporting activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial disclosures. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with reporting experience who enjoys managing deadlines, details, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Manage preparation and review of external financial reports, including quarterly and annual filings Ensure financial statements and disclosures are compliant with U.S. GAAP and applicable reporting requirements Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables to support timely filings Prepare and review financial statement footnotes and supporting documentation Partner with accounting, FP&A, and other stakeholders to gather and validate reporting information Serve as a key liaison with external auditors during reviews and audits Monitor new accounting standards and reporting guidance and assess impacts on financial reporting Maintain and enhance reporting processes, controls, and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 6+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements Experience preparing or reviewing external financial statements and disclosures Excellent attention to detail and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities What Our Client Offers A key role supporting external financial reporting and compliance Hybrid work flexibility with collaboration built into the schedule Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Exposure to leadership and high‑visibility reporting activities Long‑term growth opportunities within a stable organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
