Personal Service Provider (Weekend Position) – Split Shifts Available Healing and Helping Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Service Providers (PSPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a weekend position, and split shifts may be available based on client schedules and care needs. Responsibilities * Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional well-being. * Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as outlined in each client's care plan. * Help with household tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed. * Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. * Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure quality care. Requirements * Previous experience providing personal care or care-giving preferred. * Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be available to work weekends. Split shifts may be required depending on client needs. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for clients requiring transportation). * Ability to pass a background check and meet all Indiana caregiver requirements.
