Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working in Home Health or community-based care preferred
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule for home visits across Creston and Winterset service areas
