About the Role:
As a Patient Care Liaison, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the resident experience by coordinating care, supporting administrative functions, and serving as a key point of contact for families and staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and values meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between residents, families, and staff

• Assist with admissions, scheduling, and documentation

• Support billing, Medicare/Medi-Cal processes, and compliance reporting

• Track staffing changes and collaborate with nursing and payroll

• Provide courteous and professional support across departments

• Help plan welcome events and deliver admission baskets

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare administration, invoicing, billing, or scheduling preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
