Nursery Laborer Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 04:30pm) Work with plant cuttings, planting, trimming, and maintaining nursery stock. Pull and prepare plant orders for shipment and customer pickup. Organize and track inventory throughout the nursery. Assist with watering, cleaning, and general nursery upkeep. Support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Nursery Laborer Qualifications: Previous nursery, landscaping, farming, greenhouse, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions in a team environment. No high school diploma required; must be authorized to work in the US.
