Performs diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures following department protocols Acts as the primary contact for patients to ensure quality service and care Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities Oversees radiology operations and staff in the absence of leadership Maintains supplies, equipment, and inventory within the department Assists with scheduling and promotes teamwork and excellent customer service Processes and transmits images to PACS Position Radiology Technologist II Location Bridgton, ME Department Radiology Diagnostic Responsibilities Performs diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures following department protocols Acts as the primary contact for patients to ensure quality service and care Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities Supports department Performance Improvement programs Oversees radiology operations and staff in the absence of leadership Maintains supplies, equipment, and inventory within the department Assists with scheduling and promotes teamwork and excellent customer service Processes and transmits images to PACS Responsibilities Performs diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures following department protocols Acts as the primary contact for patients to ensure quality service and care Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and Quality Control (QC) activities Supports department Performance Improvement programs Oversees radiology operations and staff in the absence of leadership Maintains supplies, equipment, and inventory within the department Assists with scheduling and promotes teamwork and excellent customer service Processes and transmits images to PACS Qualifications Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State National certifications in two modalities (effective July 1, 2017) Current BLS certification Knowledge of State and Federal regulations At least one year of acute clinical radiography experience Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program Proficient in computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
