Acts as a professional role model, developing self and team members while sharing organizational information. Performs trocar insertion and local anesthetic injection under direct surgeon supervision. Completes assigned competencies and obtains physician sign‑off for 6 trocar placements and 6 local injections with at least two different surgeons within 90 days. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years acute‑care RN operating room experience. Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) certification required. Technical program completion or degree required.
