We are hiring an Implementation Supervisor II for a contract opportunity supporting mid-to-large-scale Helix Migration projects involving single and multi-site implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage implementation projects and multiple workstreams.

Develop deployment plans, schedules, communication plans, and implementation models.
-
Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams.
-
Track project progress, action items, outcomes, and reporting.
-
Conduct project status meetings and daily updates.
-
Support user acceptance training and post-implementation activities.
-
Maintain project documentation, templates, lessons learned, and audits.
-
Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations.
Required Qualifications:
-
Proficient knowledge of project management practices .
-
Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously .
-
Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Experience with project management tools and reporting.
-
Willingness to travel as required.
