What You'll Be Doing

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our guests and ensures their stay is nothing short of fantastic. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any concerns promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication with other departments.
• Upholding Marriott’s high standards of service and hospitality.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, such as front desk or customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive, can-do approach with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Technical Know-How: Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus, but not required.
