Join Our Team as a Bowling Center Front Desk Associate!

Looking for an exciting and dynamic role where you can make every guest’s visit memorable? As a Bowling Center Front Desk Associate , you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our bowling center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Operating the QubicaAMF Conqueror X bowling management system to assign lanes and process payments.
• Handling shoe rentals and monitoring bowling activity.
• Communicating lane and equipment issues to management and mechanics.
• Remaining attentive to customers and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Friendly and professional in their interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn new systems like QubicaAMF Conqueror X.
• Skilled in basic math and cash handling.
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other scheduled shifts.

While prior bowling-center experience is helpful, it’s not required—your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!

This role requires:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, reaching, and performing routine cleaning duties.
• Lifting and carrying reasonable amounts of equipment or supplies.
• Comfort working in an environment with loud music, bowling equipment noise, specialty lighting, and large crowds.
