Information Technology Program Manager

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead execution of strategic technology initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner closely with IT leadership and serve as the primary driver of project execution, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and roadmap delivery. This role will play a critical part in the successful rollout of a company-wide ERP implementation while also helping shape and deliver future technology initiatives, including artificial intelligence programs and software development projects. Duration 9-12 Month Contract Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities Lead execution of the IT roadmap and strategic technology initiatives. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate resources across IT, business teams, vendors, and leadership. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes. Drive accountability for project milestones and completion. ERP Implementation & Business Applications Support the successful implementation and rollout of the company's Acumatica ERP platform. Coordinate ERP cutover activities and stakeholder readiness efforts. Track project progress, risks, and adoption metrics. Partner with business users and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition. Help lead delivery of emerging AI initiatives across the organization. Partner with internal teams and external AI consulting partners to implement new solutions. Support change management, adoption planning, and operationalization of AI technologies. Serve as the primary point of coordination between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party partners. Lead project status meetings and executive updates. Manage vendor relationships and ensure partner accountability. Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Agile Project Delivery Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status reviews. Maintain project boards and workflows within Jira. Identify and remove project blockers to keep initiatives moving forward. Promote continuous improvement across project delivery practices. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Daily Lead morning standup meetings. Monitor project progress and roadmap execution. Coordinate activities across infrastructure, business applications, development, and business teams. Resolve project roadblocks and resource constraints. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Prepare and distribute executive status reports. Meet with ERP and AI implementation partners. Facilitate cross-functional planning and communication sessions. Track key milestones, risks, and delivery metrics. Ongoing Manage project intake and prioritization. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables. Escalate risks and issues as needed. Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business goals. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience. Experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or cutover projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects. Proficiency with Jira and project tracking tools. Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies. Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment. Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing or operationalizing AI solutions within a business environment. Scrum Master certification or comparable Agile certification. Experience within manufacturing, industrial, water treatment, or related industries.
