Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: Up to $14-$15/hour (based on experience and client)

Location: In-home care positions available in Fort Smith and surrounding areas.

Superior Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our registry and provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. If you're a certified CNA or PCA looking for flexible hours and meaningful work, we want to hear from you!

???? Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, ambulation, range of motion exercises
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families

✅ Requirements:

• CNA or PCA certification (required)
• Clean criminal background and drug screen
• Sympathetic attitude toward elderly and disabled care
• Ability to follow directions and handle job demands with maturity
• Participation in CEUs as required by the State of Arkansas\
