Key Responsibilities\n

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient documentation, adhering to strict legal and ethical guidelines.

  • Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to refine service delivery.

  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in integrated mental healthcare to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of patients suffering from various mental health conditions, often complicated by co-occurring medical issues such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, or substance use disorders. Your expertise will help our patients navigate their complex health landscapes and achieve improved quality of life through dedicated support and care.

Qualifications\n

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

  • Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable using various digital tools for therapy and documentation.

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
