Cashier - Cage

Job Title

Responsibilities:

• Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
• Issue fills and credits for table games / jackpots for Slot Department
• Cash checks, process markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
• Follows federal cash reporting requirements
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of all promotions and events
• All other duties as assigned

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $15.50

Qualifications

Skills:

• Detail Oriented: Intermediate
• Customer Service: Intermediate
• Active Listening: Some Knowledge

Education:

• High School or better.

Experience:

• Able to work flexible shifts
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Respond to visual and aural cues
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Must be able to account for large sums of currency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
