Compensation: $1926 - $2321 | Shift: 3x12 Days

In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will offer high-quality, professional nursing care to patients, ensuring their individual needs are addressed with empathy and skill. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care, while adapting to changes in assignments and patient conditions as necessary.

• Deliver personalized patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Create and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses
• Act promptly in life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge requirements
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with infection control protocols
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within one month of hire
• ACLS certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire
