- Counter Expertise: Assist West Salem DIYers and local professional mechanics in finding the right parts using our advanced digital cataloging system.
- Support Local Pros: Manage phone orders and lookups for our wholesale accounts with speed and precision.
- On-the-Go Support: Occasionally jump in the NAPA delivery vehicle to get critical parts directly to our local West Salem and surrounding area repair shops.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the PleasureLand RV team to ensure a seamless experience for all customers, whether they are fixing a car or preparing for an RV road trip.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments and keeping our local inventory organized and accurate.
- Automotive Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle systems (experience in a shop or parts store is highly preferred).
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required for occasional delivery duties.
- Full-Time Commitment: Availability for a consistent full-time schedule, including some weekends.
- Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, professional, and ready to help neighbors keep their vehicles on the road.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
