Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform physical therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per facility and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with inpatient orthopedics, post-operative care, or medically complex patients preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1800.
• Shift Days: Days.
• Facility requires flexibility to float within the hospital as needed.
