Event Show Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador

DayBrook Kitchen & Bath is a growing leader in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors / Event Demonstrators to represent our brand at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings throughout the Baltimore market and surrounding areas.

As the face of DayBrook Kitchen & Bath at events, you will engage with attendees, introduce them to our remodeling solutions, and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

What You'll Do

As an Event Demonstrator / Brand Ambassador, you will:

Represent DayBrook Kitchen & Bath at home shows, community events, and promotional events.
Welcome attendees and create a positive first impression.
Engage with visitors and encourage them to stop by the booth.
Provide basic information about our bath remodeling products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and available solutions.
Capture customer information and schedule in-home consultations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth presentation.
Submit collected leads and appointment information to the Event Coordinator.

Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people.
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Positive, energetic, and professional.
Comfortable working independently in a busy event setting.
Reliable and dependable with strong attendance.
Interested in representing a quality brand and creating great customer experiences.

Requirements

Customer service, sales, marketing, or event experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation to attend scheduled events.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
