Pay Rate: $22.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115) How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unusual conditions or incidents to site leadership. Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
