Machinery Operator
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a quality-focused Machinery Operator in Hoschton, Ga. In a Machinery Operator job, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring industrial machinery according to safety and production guidelines.
- Performing critical quality checks to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
- Adjusting machine settings as needed to optimize both quality and efficiency.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting any defects or process issues to the team.
- Completing all production and quality-related documentation with high accuracy.
- Assisting with basic machine maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience as a machinery operator or machine technician.
- Proven experience specifically in quality control or quality inspection.
- The ability to accurately read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions.
- Basic mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Preferred: Experience in an industrial environment or with quality systems like ISO or GMP.
