Role Description The Registered Nurse at Premise Health in Chandler, AZ provides direct patient care in an on-site clinical setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role includes performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, supporting chronic disease management, and assisting with minor procedures as allowed by policy and licensure. The nurse collaborates with providers and other care team members to develop and implement care plans, deliver health education, and promote preventive care. Daily responsibilities also involve accurate documentation, use of clinical systems and protocols, adherence to infection control standards, and participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. The role requires consistent, compassionate engagement with members to support Premise Health’s focus on personalized, accessible care. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, and graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred). Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions in an ambulatory or occupational health setting. Proficiency in electronic health records, clinical documentation, and use of digital tools to support coordinated, connected care. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams. Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice, infection control, and quality and safety standards in outpatient clinical environments. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple clinical tasks in a fast-paced onsite setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or other relevant certifications are a plus. Experience in primary care, occupational health, employer-based clinics, or similar settings is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
