NW Suburbs of Chicago (Physician/MD qualifications required) Physician - • Key Duties: Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), order|interpret tests, and coordinate specialist referrals. • Preventive Care: Administer vaccinations, order screenings, and provide lifestyle and disease prevention counseling. • Core Requirements: Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.), completion of a 3-year family medicine residency, and an active state medical license. • Essential Skills: Strong patient communication, empathetic clinical approach, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
