The Elms Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our nursing team and provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for LNAs seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Available Shifts:

• Full-time 7AM - 3PM and 3PM - 11PM

• Full-time weekend baylor shift opportunities

• Part-time 7AM - 3PM and 3PM - 11PM

Compensation: $21 - $26 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time mod comp options

Sign On Bonus: Full Time $2,500 | Part Time $1,250

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis
