Assess and monitor student health conditions throughout the school day. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Respond to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions. Develop, review, and implement individualized healthcare plans and nursing care plans. Required Skills: Experience in mental health assessment and biopsychosocial assessment. Strong patient interaction skills and ability to work with co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of psychiatric nursing, psychopharmacology, and crisis prevention. Ability to provide group counseling and substance abuse treatment. Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
