Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Reading, Pennsylvania

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 - $2,320

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

Active RN license in Pennsylvania or a compact/multi-state nursing license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting
EPIC experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Provide direct bedside nursing care to telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess patient status for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and hospital protocols
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic health record
Promote patient safety, comfort, and compassionate care throughout every shift
