As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll participate in face-to-face marketing campaigns, live promotional events, and community outreach initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Representing nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands at live events, promotional activations, and community outreach locations. Engaging directly with the public to communicate campaign messages and increase brand awareness. Supporting face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and promotional initiatives. Educating community members about nonprofit organizations, charitable causes, and campaign objectives. Building positive relationships with potential supporters, customers, and community members. Assisting with donor acquisition, lead generation, and community engagement activities. Collaborating with team members to implement marketing strategies and achieve campaign goals. Maintaining accurate campaign records and using basic customer relationship management (CRM) tools as needed. Participating in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities. What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, sales, or promotions is a plus, but
