If this is you, keep on reading.Your Goal:This position is responsible for effectively resolving technical issues, properly documenting issue resolution into ticketing system and maintaining an active role within on-going IT projects.How You'll Help Patients:Works daily on resolving support tickets opened by internal customers.Complete assigned IT tasks and projects including but not limited to working on end-user machines, servers and network equipmentBe on-call for weekend and after-hours technical support during assigned scheduleEffective and timely communication with internal customers and vendorsMaintaining compliance with local and federal regulation regarding privacy, security and copyright protectionReport to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisorEngage in all offered training, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers. (MCP, A+, Network+)3 or more years of technical experience working in IT helpdesk environment supporting 30+ users.Experience in handling hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, scanners, basic network connectivity and other IT hardware.Experienced in imaging Windows machines, supporting latest version of Windows OS and Active Directory environment.Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.Experience supporting Citrix or Microsoft RDS environment users, preferred.Experience working on WordPress or website editing, preferred.Experience working on Microsoft Office 365 administration, preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
