Lead Actuary - Modeller

Non-Life - Actuarial|California, United States|RESPONSIBILITIES design, build, and deploy advanced predictive pricing models, segmentation strategies, and lifetime value analytics Model Development & Execution: Build and deploy complex predictive models focusing on pricing segmentation, loss costs, acquisition, retention, and conversion. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide model design, establish execution plans, evaluate emerging data science tools, and mentor junior predictive modelers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Actuarial, Product, Underwriting, and IT teams to translate business strategies into compliant, data-driven pricing solutions. Regulatory & Governance Oversight: Ensure all projects maintain rigorous documentation, adhere to legal and regulatory standards, and support timely rate filings.QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years experienceACAS or FCASAdvanced SQL skills and strong Python proficiency (alongside familiarity with other modern modeling and statistical software).SALARY:$170-200k
