Location 885 Haysland Road Southwest,Suite 302,Huntsville, AL, 35802,United States Employee Type FT Exempt Description Gray Analytics is seeking a Systems Engineer that has Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience or understanding. The Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, and management of complex defense systems. This role involves ensuring that systems meet all technical, operational, and security requirements while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other engineering teams. Assist in the design and development of system components under supervision. Review and develop design specifications and operational procedures. Support senior engineers in data collection and analysis. Assist in the performance of systems engineering trade studies Conduct basic system testing and evaluation. Requirements Current DoD Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field. 0-5 years of experience. Basic knowledge of systems engineering principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Desire to learn Systems Engineering in a team environment. Desired Qualifications Cameo Experience. Familiarity with MBSE Best practices. Coding experience: C#, Matlab, Python.
