Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the finance controls function across all construction projects. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, job costing, cash flow analysis, and profitability reporting. Review project financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Lead monthly executive financial reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and portfolio reviews. Partner with operations, project management, estimating, and accounting teams to improve project outcomes. Manage WIP reporting, contract financials, change order analysis, billing oversight, and financial closeouts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. 10+ years of construction finance, project controls, or project accounting experience. 5+ years of financial leadership experience within heavy civil, infrastructure, or utility construction. Proven experience supporting large-scale projects ranging from $20M to $500M in value. Strong expertise in forecasting, job costing, cash flow management, WIP reporting, and project profitability analysis. Experience with municipal infrastructure, underground utilities, water/wastewater, or transportation projects preferred. Advanced Excel skills and experience with construction ERP/reporting systems such as Viewpoint, Spectrum, Procore, HeavyJob, or Power BI. CPA, CMA, or CCIFP certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
