Position Details Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care. Full‑time outpatient position Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5‑day work week Light call Adult to geriatric patients with some young adolescent On‑site Radiology, Laboratory Access to a comprehensive network of specialists Collaborative team with experienced physicians Support from advanced APPs and RNs Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
