As a Medication Technician (Med Tech), you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, ensuring the safe and efficient administration of medications to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Muscoda, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Monitor and document resident medication usage and any adverse reactions

Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents

Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Current certification as a Medication Technician (Med Tech) or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

Ability to read and write English

Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
