Residential Plumbing Installer (5+ Years Experience)

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. Pay Range: $24 per hour - $35 per hour plus Commissions = $50k - $75k per year
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes
- Experience installing water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water and drain piping
- Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Install residential plumbing systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local plumbing codes
- Remove and replace existing plumbing fixtures and equipment
- Install water heaters, tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, sump pumps, and fixtures
- Perform water, drain, vent, and gas piping installations as required
- Test all installed systems for proper operation and leaks
- Complete installation paperwork, photos, and documentation using a tablet
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Follow all company safety standards and quality installation procedures
